Description

Overview
The Reacto 4000 uses exactly the same super-aero CF3 carbon frame shape as Merida's top-level aero bikes, built to bring ProTour race geometry to a wider audience at a genuinely accessible price point.
A Shimano 105 2x12-speed groupset delivers precise, reliable shifting, Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes bring confident stopping power, and a carbon aero cockpit and seatpost round out a build that's ready to ride and race straight out of the box.
It's the ideal starting point for any aspiring road rider or racer who wants genuine aero performance without the cost of Merida's higher-tier Reacto models.
Why You'll Like It
The same aero frame as the top models
The CF3 carbon frame shares its super-aero shape with Merida's flagship Reacto bikes — the performance isn't watered down, just the groupset tier.
A genuine Shimano 105 12-speed groupset
Reliable, precise shifting throughout — crank, derailleurs, shifters and brakes — from a proven road groupset.
A full carbon aero cockpit
The integrated Merida Team CW bar/stem and aero seatpost keep the whole front end genuinely aerodynamic, not just the frame.
Confident hydraulic disc braking
Shimano 105 brakes bring consistent, powerful stopping power in all conditions, with heat-dissipating rotors for long descents.
A genuine platform to upgrade
The frame and groupset tier leave real room to upgrade components as your riding progresses, without replacing the bike itself.
Who Is It For?
The Reacto 4000 suits a rider who wants genuine aero performance and race geometry without the cost of a flagship aero bike — a strong first step for anyone chasing speed, whether for club rides, racing, or solo efforts against the clock.
For Indian riders training for race day or putting in serious road miles, the aero frame shape and reliable Shimano 105 groupset deliver real speed without demanding a premium budget.
Good to Know
The integrated cockpit keeps cabling internal for a cleaner look and genuine aero gain, so routing changes are best left to your dealer.
Heat-dissipating rotor fins help keep braking consistent on long descents — a genuine benefit on hilly routes.
A quick post-ride wipe-down of the drivetrain and brake rotors keeps everything running at its best between services.
